KS x Vasquiat

The capsule collaboration between the Barcelona based retail store “Vasquiat” & the Ukrainian sustainable fashion brand KSENIASCHNAIDER.

The story behind the collaboration began a long time ago. Everything started in one of the Paris showrooms when designers agreed to team up to create the special pieces.

The following circumstances as the world pandemic COVID-19 and the war in Ukraine thwarted the production and release. Despite the difficulties, both teams took the lead to bring it to life. Thus, the capsule collection features three unique patchwork pieces designed by the two teams together in Kyiv and Barcelona: The flared jeans were inspired by the Blanca Miró Scrimieri’s style, where the jacket and the bucket hat highlight the iconic KSENIASCHNAIDER styles, performed with a new summer colour palette.

The collaboration is purely conscious and sustainable, only production waste and certified organic denim were used in the formation of the garments, made 100% in Ukraine. Exclusively sold only for the pre-order via vasquiat.com.
